Aleria is housed in a renovated neoclassical building in Metaxourgeio, a space where contemporary design meets the warmth of Greek hospitality. Since 2006, we have been creating an environment where guests can enjoy a complete gastronomic experience, in an atmosphere that combines discreet elegance with a sense of intimacy.
The name Aleria is inspired by the historic town of Aleria in Corsica, originally founded by Greeks, reflecting our desire to create a place where history, culture, and culinary tradition converge in a space that celebrates both the local and the timeless.
Behind Aleria’s philosophy is its owner and creator, Nikiforos Kehayiadakis, who, with steadfast dedication and a love for Greek cuisine, has shaped the restaurant’s identity. With simplicity and respect for seasonal ingredients and true hospitality, he continues to guide Aleria with the aim of offering an authentic and meaningful experience.
